While Rama was going around in circles with his bow, the Rakshasas were confused, and saw the golden ends of the bow to be like a burning fire stick circling and could not see Rama.
The verse foregrounds disciplined organization in action; in the Ramayana’s ethical frame, power and mobilization are morally judged by the cause they serve—whether aligned with dharma or with adharma.
A battle-order is issued for troops to march out in full combined-arms formation (elephants, horses, chariots, and infantry).
Collective discipline and readiness (though morally neutral by itself) are highlighted as the practical strength of an army.
