युद्धे अङ्गद-मैन्द-द्विविद-राक्षसयुद्धम्; कुम्भस्य प्रादुर्भावः तथा सुग्रीवेण पराभवः

पाक्षमभिसङ्कृद्धो मैन्दो वानरयूथपः ।पीडयामासबाहुभ्यांसपपातहतःक्षितौ ।।।।
pākṣam abhisaṅkṛddhō maindō vānarayūthapaḥ |
pīḍayāmāsa bāhubhyāṃ sa papāta hataḥ kṣitau ||
پھر میندھ، وानر لشکر کا سالار، پاکش پر سخت غضبناک ہو کر اپنے بازوؤں سے اسے دبا کر کچلنے لگا؛ اور پاکش مارا گیا، زمین پر گر پڑا۔
