पतितस्यकपेरस्यहनुरेकाशिलातले ।किञ्चिद्भिन्नादृढहनोर्हनूमानेषतेनवै ।।6.28.15।।
patitasya kaper asya hanur ekā śilātale |
kiñcid bhinnā dṛḍhahanor hanūmān eṣa tena vai ||6.28.15||
جب وہ بندر چٹان کی سطح پر گرا تو اس کا ایک جبڑا کچھ ٹوٹ گیا؛ اسی سبب وہ—اگرچہ مضبوط جبڑوں والا ہے—یقیناً ہنومان کہلایا۔
