सागरप्रशमनम् / The Pacification of the Ocean and the Building of Nala’s Bridge
विधास्येराम: येनापिविषहिष्येह्यहंतथा ।नग्राहाप्रहरिष्यन्तियावत्सेनातरिष्यति ।।।।हरीणांतरणेरामकरिष्यामियथास्थलम् ।
vidhāsye rāma yenāpi viṣahiṣye hy ahaṃ tathā | na grāhāḥ prahariṣyanti yāvat senā tariṣyati || harīṇāṃ taraṇe rāma kariṣyāmi yathā sthalam ||
اے رام! میں کسی نہ کسی تدبیر سے انتظام کروں گا؛ میں ان ضرر رساں مخلوقات کو قابو میں رکھوں گا تاکہ جب تک تمہاری سینا پار اترے، مگرمچھ حملہ نہ کریں۔ اے رام! وानروں کے اترنے کے لیے میں اسے یوں کر دوں گا گویا خشکی کی مضبوط زمین ہو۔
"O Rama! I shall arrange a base in such a mode, by means of which the entire army of Vanaras can cross over the passage and I will also be seizing the poisonous animals and not be aggressive."
