इन्द्रवरदानम् / Indra Grants Boons: Restoration of the Vanara Host
एवमुक्त्वासहस्राक्षोरामंसौमित्रिणासह ।विमानैःसूर्यसङ्काशैर्ययौहृष्टःसुरैःसह ।।।।
evam uktvā sahasrākṣo rāmaṃ saumitriṇā saha | vimānaiḥ sūryasaṅkāśair yayau hṛṣṭaḥ suraiḥ saha ||
"O Lord of gods, you are one who is good at expression. If happiness has risen in, you please make my words true."
Dharma as cosmic support for righteousness: when a just cause is fulfilled, divine helpers withdraw, restoring ordinary order.
Indra concludes his interaction with Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa and returns to heaven with the gods.
Divine impartiality and fulfillment of duty: Indra assists and then departs without seeking personal gain.
