Lament of the Rākṣasa Women upon Seeing Rāvaṇa Slain
काचिदङ्केशिरःकृत्वारुरोदमुखमीक्षती ।स्नापयन्तीमुखंबाष्पैस्तुषारैरिवपङ्कजम् ।।।।
kācid aṅke śiraḥ kṛtvā ruroda mukham īkṣatī | snāpayantī mukhaṃ bāṣpais tuṣārair iva paṅkajam ||
ایک عورت نے اس کا سر اپنی گود میں رکھ کر اس کے چہرے کو تکتی ہوئی روئی؛ اور اپنے آنسوؤں سے اس کے چہرے کو یوں بھگوتی رہی جیسے شبنم کمل پر پڑتی ہے۔
