Lakshmana’s Revival by the Herb-Mountain
यदिवधमिच्छसिरावणस्यसङ्ख्येयदि च कृतांहितवेच्छसिप्रतिज्ञाम् ।यदितवराजसुताभिलाषआर्यकुरु च वचोममशीघ्रमद्यवीर ।।।।
yadi vadham icchasi rāvaṇasya saṅkhye yadi ca kṛtāṃ hitavecchasi pratijñām |
yadi tava rājasutābhilāṣa ārya kuru ca vaco mama śīghram adya vīra ||
اے بہادر، اے شریف! اگر تو میدانِ جنگ میں راون کی ہلاکت چاہتا ہے، اگر تو اپنی بھلائی کی نیت سے کی ہوئی پرتیجنا کو پورا ہوتا دیکھنا چاہتا ہے، اور اگر تجھے راج کنیا کی آرزو ہے—تو آج ہی فوراً میری بات پر عمل کر۔
