Transliteration

tayor abhūn mahad yuddham anyonya-vadha-kāṅkṣiṇoḥ | anāsādhyam acintyaṃ ca vṛtra-vāsavayor iva ||6.100.31||

Translation

اُن دونوں کے درمیان—جو ایک دوسرے کے وध کے خواہاں تھے—ایک عظیم جنگ برپا ہوئی؛ ناقابلِ رسائی اور ناقابلِ تصور، جیسے ورترا اور واسَوَ (اندرا) کی جنگ۔
