अशोकवनिकाविचारः
Survey of the Aśoka Grove and its Enchanted Landscape
स पुष्पिताग्रां रुचिरां तरुणाङ्कुरपल्लवाम्।तामारुह्य महाबाहुश्शिंशुपां पर्णसंवृताम्।।।।
sa puṣpitāgrāṃ rucirāṃ taruṇāṅkurapallavām | tām āruhya mahābāhuḥ śiṃśupāṃ parṇasaṃvṛtām ||
پھر وہ مہاباہو ہنومان اس دلکش شِمشُپا کے درخت پر چڑھ گیا، جس کی چوٹی پھولوں سے مہکی ہوئی تھی، اور جس کی شاخیں نوخیز کونپلوں، نرم پَلّووں اور گھنے پتّوں سے ڈھکی ہوئی تھیں۔
Strong-armed Hanuman climbed up the simsupa tree shining with flowers on its top and surrounded by tender sprouts and leaves. (He said to himself):
Dharma here is expressed as disciplined, purposeful action in service of a righteous mission: Hanumān chooses a vantage point carefully, acting with restraint and attentiveness rather than haste.
In Laṅkā, Hanumān enters the Aśoka-grove region and climbs a flowering śiṃśupā tree to observe discreetly, hoping to find Sītā.
Prudence and vigilance (sāvadhānatā): he positions himself strategically to search effectively while minimizing risk.
