सामन्तराजसङ्घैश्च बलिकर्मभिरावृताम् ।नानादेशनिवासैश्च वणिग्भिरुपशोभिताम् ।।।।

sāmantarājasaṅghaiś ca balikarmabhir āvṛtām | nānādēśanivāsaiś ca vaṇigbhir upaśobhitām ||

وہ نگر ہمسایہ باج گزار راجاؤں کے جتھوں سے بھرا ہوا تھا جو نذرانے اور خراج کے کرم لے کر آتے تھے، اور بہت سے دیسوں میں بسنے والے سوداگر اس کی رونق بڑھاتے تھے۔
