Sumitra’s Consolation to Kausalya
शिरसा चरणावेतौ वन्दमानमनिन्दितेपुनर्द्रक्ष्यसि कल्याणि पुत्रं चन्द्रमिवोदितम्।।।।
śirasā caraṇāv etau vandamānam anindite | punar drakṣyasi kalyāṇi putraṃ candram ivoditam ||
اے بے عیب اور مبارک خاتون! تم اپنے بیٹے کو پھر دیکھو گی—چاند کے طلوع ہونے کی مانند—جو سر جھکا کر تمہارے قدموں کو سر سے بندنا کرے گا۔
O irreproachable and auspicious one! you will see your son, like the rising Moon, touching your feet with his head.
