Khara Mobilizes the Janasthana Host

اپنے آنسو روک لو اور یہ گھبراہٹ چھوڑ دو۔ میں رام کو اُس کے بھائی سمیت یم کے دھام، یم سدن، کی طرف بھیج دوں گا۔
On hearing the words that came out of Khara's mouth, she was pleased. And in stupidity began praising her brother once again as the best of demons.
It shows the misuse of reassurance: Khara calms grief not through justice but through promised violence. Dharma offers protection through rightful action, not through vengeance.
Khara addresses Śūrpaṇakhā, telling her not to weep and promising to kill Rama and his brother.
The verse foregrounds determination, but ethically it is misdirected; the Ramayana upholds determination only when aligned with dharma and satya.
