वसेदविकृतं वासः कार्पासं वा कषायकम् । तदेव परिधानीयं शुक्लं तांतवमुत्तमम्
vasedavikṛtaṃ vāsaḥ kārpāsaṃ vā kaṣāyakam | tadeva paridhānīyaṃ śuklaṃ tāṃtavamuttamam
آدمی کو سادہ اور بے آرائش لباس پہننا چاہیے—یا تو کپاس کا، یا سادہ کَشایہ (گِیروے) رنگ میں رنگا ہوا۔ حقیقتاً بہترین دھاگے سے بنا ہوا پاک سفید کپڑا ہی اوڑھنا پہننا چاہیے۔
