तपांसि यानि तप्यंते व्रतानि नियमाश्च ये । गोसहस्रप्रदानं च प्राणायामस्तु तत्समः

tapāṃsi yāni tapyaṃte vratāni niyamāśca ye | gosahasrapradānaṃ ca prāṇāyāmastu tatsamaḥ
