सर्वभूतसमत्वं च गङ्गायां मज्जनाद्भवेत् । यस्तु गंगां समाश्रित्य सुखं तिष्ठति मानवः

sarvabhūtasamatvaṃ ca gaṅgāyāṃ majjanādbhavet | yastu gaṃgāṃ samāśritya sukhaṃ tiṣṭhati mānavaḥ

گنگا میں غسل کرنے سے سب جانداروں کے لیے یکساں نظر پیدا ہوتی ہے۔ اور جو انسان گنگا کی پناہ لے کر قناعت و سکون سے رہتا ہے، وہ خاص طور پر مبارک ہے۔
