प्राणायामपरा नित्यं परध्यानपरायणाः । याजिनः शुचयो नित्यं यतिधर्मपरायणाः

prāṇāyāmaparā nityaṃ paradhyānaparāyaṇāḥ | yājinaḥ śucayo nityaṃ yatidharmaparāyaṇāḥ

وہ ہمیشہ پرانایام میں مشغول اور اعلیٰ دھیان میں یکسو رہتے ہیں۔ وہ یَجْی کرنے والے، دائماً پاکیزہ، اور یتی دھرم کے فرائض میں ثابت قدم ہوتے ہیں۔
