उवाच भद्रे गच्छामि शत्रुघ्नपृष्ठरक्षकः । रामाज्ञया याज्ञमश्वं पालयन्रथसंयुतः

اس نے کہا، “اے بھدرے (نیک بانو)، میں روانہ ہوتا ہوں—شترُغن کی پشت کی حفاظت پر مقرر ہوں۔ رام کی آج्ञا سے، رتھ پر سوار ہو کر، میں یَجْن کے گھوڑے کی نگہبانی کروں گا۔”
