ब्रह्मणा प्रेरितो देवः प्रत्युवाच च शूलिनम् । पार्वतीं देहि देवेश अब्दं स्थित्वा गमिष्यति
brahmaṇā prerito devaḥ pratyuvāca ca śūlinam | pārvatīṃ dehi deveśa abdaṃ sthitvā gamiṣyati
برہما کے اُکسانے پر دیوتا نے ترشول دھاری (شیو) سے کہا: “اے دیوؤں کے ایشور! مجھے پاروتی عطا کیجیے؛ ایک برس ٹھہر کر وہ روانہ ہو جائے گا۔”
