Puṣya is speaking, instructing an elderly woman to remain there and attend upon (serve) Queen Suratichandrikā.
The verse lists garments (vastra), ornaments (alaṃkāra), foods (bhojya), and various fruits (nānāvidha phala).
The verse reflects royal household order and the theme of assigned duty/service (sevā) within a courtly setting, where care and attendance upon the queen is formally directed.
