स्वमूर्तिः क्षालिता तीर्थे न शुद्धिमधिगच्छति । अंतर्भावप्रदुष्टस्य विशतोपि हुताशनम्

svamūrtiḥ kṣālitā tīrthe na śuddhimadhigacchati | aṃtarbhāvapraduṣṭasya viśatopi hutāśanam

تیرتھ پر اپنا جسم دھو لینے سے بھی پاکیزگی حاصل نہیں ہوتی؛ کیونکہ جس کا باطن آلودہ ہو وہ آگ میں داخل ہو کر بھی ناپاک ہی رہتا ہے۔
