The Consecration (Anointing) of Indra

पतनं कर्मवशतस्ततस्तस्य द्विजोत्तमाः । पुण्यगर्भं गतो विप्र अदित्यास्तु महातपाः

patanaṃ karmavaśatastatastasya dvijottamāḥ | puṇyagarbhaṃ gato vipra adityāstu mahātapāḥ

اے دِوِجِ برتر، کرم کے بس میں آکر اس کا زوال ہوا۔ اس کے بعد، اے وِپر، عظیم تپسوی آدِتیہ ‘پُنّیہ گربھ’ نامی حالت کو پہنچے۔
