Unspecified in the provided excerpt (context needed from surrounding verses to identify the dialogue frame reliably).

Concept: Even the highest celestial attainment (Aindra-pada) is not final; the knower (jñānātmā) proceeds to mokṣa and Viṣṇu’s supreme abode—bhakti and true knowledge culminate beyond svarga.

Application: Treat worldly success as provisional; aim practice toward inner purification and surrender; keep ‘ultimate goal’ (parama-gati) in view amid achievements.

FAQs

No. It describes attaining Indra’s exalted station as a result, but then points beyond it to mokṣa and the supreme abode of Viṣṇu as the higher culmination.

Jñānātmā indicates one whose inner nature is grounded in true knowledge—i.e., a realized or awakened person—suggesting liberation is tied to inner realization, not merely ritual merit.

A Vaishnava hierarchy of goals: even the highest celestial attainments are secondary to mokṣa and reaching Viṣṇu’s supreme abode.
