The Greatness of Puruṣottama Kṣetra

Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It models śaraṇāgati through namaskāra—recognizing the Supreme as Jagannātha and the giver of true sukha—framing devotion as the heart of tirtha-mahātmya.
Bhakti is expressed as direct praise and surrender: Dharmarāja’s simple salutation to the Lord highlights that heartfelt stuti and humility are primary devotional acts.
No specific Vedāṅga technique is taught in this verse; the practical takeaway is ritual devotion—namaskāra and stuti—commonly performed at sacred sites during tirtha observance.
