Kāṣṭhīla-Upākhyāna: Rākṣasī, Spear-Śakti, and Kāśī as Śakti-kṣetra

धर्मस्यैवानुकूल्येन विष्णुना प्रभविष्णुना । दशावतारग्रहणे दुःखं प्राप्तमनेकधा ॥ २९ ॥

dharmasyaivānukūlyena viṣṇunā prabhaviṣṇunā | daśāvatāragrahaṇe duḥkhaṃ prāptamanekadhā || 29 ||

دھرم کی بقا و تائید کے لیے ہی ہمہ قدرت والے پرَبھَوِشنو بھگوان وِشنو نے دَشاوتار اختیار کیے؛ اور اُن اوتاروں کو دھارتے ہوئے انہوں نے طرح طرح کے دکھ بھی سہے۔
