The verse presents “prasāda” (grace) as the decisive cause behind extraordinary capacities; it implies that higher attainments are not merely technical achievements but arise when divine/disciplinary powers are pleased and properly approached.
Even while describing siddhi-like outcomes (kāmarūpatva, world-conquest, free movement), the verse centers them on “prasāda-lābha” (receiving grace), aligning accomplishment with reverence, right approach, and devotion rather than ego-driven power.
In the Third Pada’s technical frame, the verse points to vidyā/mantra disciplines where correct method and disciplined practice lead to “prasāda” and hence results—an applied view consistent with Vedanga-style training (precision, procedure, and authorized transmission).
