ततस्तां प्राग्वदभ्यर्च्य स्वात्मन्युद्वास्य तां जपेत् । सहस्रवारं स्थिरधीः पूर्णात्मा विचरेत्सुखी ॥ १९३ ॥
tatastāṃ prāgvadabhyarcya svātmanyudvāsya tāṃ japet | sahasravāraṃ sthiradhīḥ pūrṇātmā vicaretsukhī || 193 ||
پھر پہلے کی طرح اس کی پوجا کر کے، اسے اپنے ہی آتما میں قائم کر کے جپ کرے۔ ثابت فہم کے ساتھ ہزار بار جپ کرنے سے، باطن میں کامل ہو کر خوشی سے زندگی بسر کرتا ہے۔

It teaches that outer worship should culminate in inner installation—placing the invoked divinity/mantra-power within oneself—so that japa becomes a means to steadiness, completeness, and sustained well-being.
Bhakti here is expressed as reverent worship followed by intimate inner absorption: the devotee worships “as before,” then internalizes the deity and continues remembrance through japa, resulting in contented, joyful living.
It emphasizes procedural discipline in mantra-sadhana—proper sequence (prāgvad abhyarcana), internal placement (ātmany udvāsa), and a fixed count (sahasra-japa)—reflecting the technical, methodical approach characteristic of Vedanga-aligned ritual practice.
