hṛdaye codare nābhau liṃge mūlasaroruhe | kaṭyāṃ jānvorjaṃghayośca gulphayoḥ pādayostathā || 168 ||
دل میں، پیٹ میں، ناف میں، عضوِ تناسل میں، مولادھار کے کنول میں؛ اور اسی طرح کمر، گھٹنوں، پنڈلیوں، ٹخنوں اور پاؤں میں بھی (نیاس کرے)۔
