Procedure for Lamp-Offering to Hanumān

दुर्गायाः सन्निधौ प्रोक्तं संग्रामे दीपदापनम् । चतुष्पथे व्याधिनष्टौ दुष्टदृष्टौ तथैव च ॥ ३३ ॥

durgāyāḥ sannidhau proktaṃ saṃgrāme dīpadāpanam | catuṣpathe vyādhinaṣṭau duṣṭadṛṣṭau tathaiva ca || 33 ||

دُرگا کے حضور دیپ دان مقرر کیا گیا ہے؛ اور میدانِ جنگ میں بھی۔ چوراہے پر بیماری کے زوال کے لیے اور بد نظر کے دفعیہ کے لیے بھی۔
