कूटतुल्याः स्मृता नित्ये सामान्येऽथ विशेषके । रुद्राः कूटगणाः प्रोक्ता न पात्रे नियमो मतः ॥ २४ ॥

Transliteration

kūṭatulyāḥ smṛtā nitye sāmānye'tha viśeṣake | rudrāḥ kūṭagaṇāḥ proktā na pātre niyamo mataḥ || 24 ||

Translation

نِتیہ کرموں میں اور عام و خاص انुषٹھانوں میں یہ ‘کُوٹ’ (ڈھیر) کے برابر سمجھے گئے ہیں۔ رُدر ‘کُوٹ-گن’ کہے گئے ہیں؛ اور اس باب میں پاتر (حقدار/گیرندہ) کے لیے کوئی مقررہ قاعدہ نہیں مانا گیا॥۲۴॥
