Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada, within Vedanga/ritual-technical discourse)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It teaches that sacred technical knowledge (mantra/tantra) requires adhikāra (fitness): secrecy, purity (śauca), and disciplined daily practice, so the teaching remains effective and not misused.
By stressing Brahma-muhūrta rising and nitya-karmas, it frames bhakti and sādhana as regulated devotion—devotional life is strengthened by purity, self-control, and correct observance rather than casual practice.
Kalpa/ritual discipline is implied: proper time selection (Brahma-muhūrta), rules of śauca (purity), and completion of nitya-kriyā (daily rites) as prerequisites for receiving and applying specialized teachings.
