समारेभे प्रसन्नात्मा वशिष्टाद्यमुनीश्वरैः । तत्र ब्रह्मादिदेवेभ्यो हविर्दत्त्वा यथाविधि ॥ १८ ॥

samārebhe prasannātmā vaśiṣṭādyamunīśvaraiḥ | tatra brahmādidevebhyo havirdattvā yathāvidhi || 18 ||

پُرسکون اور شادمان دل کے ساتھ اُس نے وِشِشٹھ وغیرہ مُنی اِیشوروں کی معیت میں مقررہ وِدھی کے مطابق یَجْیَہ شروع کیا۔ وہاں برہما اور دیگر دیوتاؤں کو یَتھا وِدھی ہَوی اَर्पن کرکے آگے بڑھا۔
