جو لوگ دن رات ہری کے نام کا کیرتن کرتے ہیں، یا ہری کی پوجا بجا لاتے ہیں—انہیں کلی کا اثر نہیں ستاتا۔
Sanatkumāra (in dialogue with Nārada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It declares that continuous remembrance of Vishnu—especially through Hari-nāma kīrtana and Haripūjā—acts as spiritual protection, preventing the corrupting influence of Kali from overpowering the devotee.
Bhakti is presented as accessible and effective: either vocal devotion (kīrtana of Hari’s name) or ritual devotion (worship of Hari). Both anchor the mind in Vishnu and thereby neutralize Kali’s disturbances.
No specific Vedāṅga (like Vyākaraṇa or Jyotiṣa) is taught here; the practical takeaway is daily sādhana—regular nāma-kīrtana and pūjā as a disciplined dharmic practice suited for Kali-yuga.
