अगर्भश्च सगर्भश्च द्वितीयस्तु तयोर्वरः । जयध्यानं विनागर्भः सगर्भस्तत्समन्वितः ॥ १९ ॥

دھیان دو قسم کا ہے—نِرگربھ (بے سہارا) اور سَگربھ (سہارے کے ساتھ)۔ ان میں دوسرا افضل ہے۔ ‘جَے-دھیان’ نِرگربھ ہے؛ اور سَگربھ وہ ہے جو صورت، منتر یا صفت کے سہارے کے ساتھ ہو۔
