Narada Purana — Purva Bhaga, Shloka 93

Prāyaścitta for Mahāpātakas and the Sin-destroying Power of Viṣṇu-smaraṇa

सर्वभूतययायुक्तो विष्णुस्मरणतत्परः । महापातकयुक्तो वा युक्तो वा सर्वपातकैः ॥ ९३ ॥

sarvabhūtayayāyukto viṣṇusmaraṇatatparaḥ | mahāpātakayukto vā yukto vā sarvapātakaiḥ || 93 ||

اگر کوئی شخص دنیاوی جال اور مخلوقات کے بندھن میں بھی جکڑا ہو، مگر وِشنو کے سمرن میں یکسو ہو—چاہے وہ مہاپاتک سے آلودہ ہو یا سب گناہوں سے—وہ اسی سمرن سے بلند کیا جاتا ہے۔
