Narada Purana — Purva Bhaga, Shloka 97

Gṛhastha-nitya-karman: Śauca, Sandhyā-vidhi, Pañca-yajña, and Āśrama-krama

भवेत्रिषवणस्नायी नारायणपरायणः । जपेच्च प्रणवं नित्यं जितात्मा विजितेंद्रियः ॥ ९७ ॥

bhavetriṣavaṇasnāyī nārāyaṇaparāyaṇaḥ | japecca praṇavaṃ nityaṃ jitātmā vijiteṃdriyaḥ || 97 ||

وہ تینوں وقتوں کے سنگم پر غسل کرنے والا اور نرائن کا سراپا پرایَن رہے۔ جیتا ہوا نفس اور مغلوب حواس ہو کر ہمیشہ پرنَو ‘اوم’ کا جپ کرے۔
