This is a colophon verse marking the completion of Adhyāya 13, affirming the chapter’s theme—Dharmānukathana—and situating it within the Pūrva-bhāga, Prathama Pāda, which helps preserve the scripture’s transmission and study order.
It does not directly teach bhakti practices; rather, it closes a dharma-focused chapter, serving as a textual boundary so the reader can contextualize subsequent teachings (often including Vishnu-bhakti) within an organized Purāṇic framework.
It mainly reflects textual organization and recitational convention (anukathana/adhyāya colophon), supporting disciplined study and oral transmission; it does not present a specific Vedāṅga topic like Vyākaraṇa or Jyotiṣa in this line.
