Devotee (addressing Vishnu/Narayana)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It encapsulates śaraṇāgati (complete surrender): the devotee bows to the Lord’s lotus feet, holds fast to nāma-smṛti (remembrance of the divine Name), and entrusts outcomes to the Lord’s will.
Bhakti is shown as a lived practice—prostration (praṇāma), constant name-remembrance, single-pointed contemplation of God, and acceptance of whatever the Lord chooses to do.
No specific Vedāṅga technique is taught here; the practical takeaway is disciplined japa/nāma-smaraṇa as a daily sādhana supporting devotion and mental steadiness.
