ततो जलाशमा वायुभोजनाहारवर्जिता । सच्चिदानन्दसन्दोहं ध्यायत्यात्मानमात्मना ॥ ३७ ॥
tato jalāśamā vāyubhojanāhāravarjitā | saccidānandasandohaṃ dhyāyatyātmānamātmanā || 37 ||
پھر وہ پیاس اور تھکن سے آزاد ہو گئی؛ ہوا ہی کو غذا مان کر معمول کے کھانے سے پرہیز کیا۔ وہ اپنے ہی آتما کے ذریعے آتما کو سچّدانند کے گھنے پُنج کے طور پر دھیان کرتی رہی۔
