ज्योतिश्चात्मनि नान्यत्र रत्नं तत्रैव चैव तत् । स्वयं च शक्यं तद्द्रष्टुं सुसमाहितर्चतसा ॥ २८ ॥

The verse emphasizes practical discipline rather than a specific Vedanga: mental steadiness (samādhāna) as the core method—aligning ritual worship (arcana) with meditative concentration for inner realization.
