Narada (teaching in a Moksha-dharma context; technical enumeration)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
The verse preserves esoteric and technical nomenclature used in sacred learning; mastering such precise terms is presented as part of disciplined śāstra-study that supports right understanding (dharma) and, ultimately, mokṣa-oriented clarity.
Indirectly: it does not teach bhakti practices explicitly, but it supports the broader Narada Purana method where accurate śāstric knowledge (including technical lists) becomes an aid to orderly dharma and focused devotion rather than confusion or superstition.
Vedāṅga Jyotiṣa: the verse records specialized epithets and classifications connected with grahas (beginning with Kuja/Mars), reflecting the Purana’s preservation of astrological vocabulary used in calendrics, omens, and ritual timing.
