योगस्वरूप-धारणा-समाधि-वर्णनम् (केशिध्वजोपदेशः)
चिन्तयेत्तन्मयो योगी समाधायात्ममानसम् । तावद्यावद् दृढीभूता तत्रैव नृप धारणा ॥ ६१ ॥
cintayettanmayo yogī samādhāyātmamānasam | tāvadyāvad dṛḍhībhūtā tatraiva nṛpa dhāraṇā || 61 ||
یوگی سمادھی میں اپنے باطن کے من کو یکسو کر کے، تَنمَی ہو کر اسی پرم کا دھیان کرے، یہاں تک کہ وہی یکسوئی وہاں مضبوط ہو جائے۔ اے راجن! اسی کو دھارَنا کہتے ہیں—وہیں ثابت قدم رہنا۔
