Narada Purana — Purva Bhaga, Shloka 22

योगस्वरूप-धारणा-समाधि-वर्णनम् (केशिध्वजोपदेशः)

खाण्डिक्य उवाच । कथ्यतां मे महाभाग चेतसो यः शुभाश्रयः । यदाधारमशेषं तु हन्ति दोषसमुद्भवम् ॥ २२ ॥

khāṇḍikya uvāca | kathyatāṃ me mahābhāga cetaso yaḥ śubhāśrayaḥ | yadādhāramaśeṣaṃ tu hanti doṣasamudbhavam || 22 ||

خाण्डِکْیَہ نے کہا—اے بزرگ نصیب! مجھے دل کے اُس شُبھ سہارا کی خبر دیجئے جسے بنیاد بنانے سے عیوب کا سارا اُبھار مٹ جاتا ہے۔
