कृत्वा चक्रेण वै छिन्नॆ जघने शिरसी तयोः ॥

ṛṣir uvāca tathety uktvā bhagavatā śaṅkha-cakra-gadābhṛtā | kṛtvā cakreṇa vai chinne jaghane śirasī tayoḥ ||

رشی نے کہا: 'ایسا ہی ہو' کہہ کر، شنکھ، چکر اور گدا اٹھانے والے بھگوان نے ان کے سر اپنی رانوں پر رکھ کر چکر سے کاٹ دیے۔
