ममत्वं गतराज्यस्य राज्याङ्गेष्वखिलेष्वपि ।
जानतोऽपि यथाज्ञस्य किमेतन्मुनिसत्तम ॥
mamatvaṃ gata-rājyasya rājyāṅgeṣv akhileṣv api |
jānato 'pi yathājñasya kim etan muni-sattama ||
“اگرچہ میری سلطنت جاتی رہی، پھر بھی اس کے ہر حصے کے ساتھ میری وابستگی باقی ہے۔ جانتے ہوئے بھی میں گویا نادان بن جاتا ہوں۔ اے بہترین رشی، یہ کیا ہے؟”
