तस्यास्तु सुतरां तत्र तादृग्रूपे द्विजन्मनि ।

अनुरागोऽभवद्विप्रं पश्यन्त्या देवयोषितः ॥

tasyās tu sutarāṃ tatra tādṛgrūpe dvijanmani | anurāgo ’bhavad vipraṃ paśyantyā devayoṣitaḥ ||

لیکن اس آسمانی دوشیزہ نے وہاں اس برہمن نوجوان کو اس صورت میں دیکھ کر اس کی طرف شدید رغبت/محبت محسوس کی۔
