प्रियव्रतस्य पुत्रैस्तु भुक्त्वा स्वायम्भुवेऽन्तरे ।
एष स्वायम्भुवः सर्गः कथितस्ते द्विजोत्तम ॥
priyavratasya putrais tu bhuktvā svāyambhuve 'ntare |
eṣa svāyambhuvaḥ sargaḥ kathitas te dvijottama ||
یوں سوایمبھُوَ منونتر میں پریہ ورت کے بیٹوں نے زمین پر حکومت کی۔ اے بہترین دِویج! یہ سوایمبھُوَ سَرشٹی کا بیان تمہیں سنا دیا گیا۔
