दानेज्या-द्विजशुश्रूषा-तत्परं यक्ष ! सन्त्यज ।
शूद्रञ्च ब्राह्मणादीनां शुश्रूषावृत्तिपोषकम् ॥
dānejyā-dvija-śuśrūṣā-tatparaṃ yakṣa! santyaja | śūdraṃ ca brāhmaṇādīnāṃ śuśrūṣā-vṛtti-poṣakam ||
اے یَکش! جو شودر دان، پوجا اور دْوِجوں کی خدمت میں عقیدت رکھتا ہو، اور برہمن وغیرہ کی خدمت سے روزی کماتا ہو—اسے بھی پوری طرح دور رکھو۔

Devotion expressed through service, worship, and giving is affirmed as spiritually efficacious regardless of social role; such sattvic conduct is said to repel afflictive beings.
