ity etās tanavas tasya devadevasya dhīmataḥ / khyātā rātry-ahanī caiva sandhyā jyotsnā ca vai dvija

Sandhyā and the day-night cycle are treated as sacred, ‘bodied’ manifestations—supporting the dharmic emphasis on sandhyā-times as ritually potent junctions.
Sarga: listing of created cosmic/time forms as emanations from the creator principle.
Calling these ‘tanus’ suggests that time is not merely measurement but a living texture of prakṛti—experienced as qualitative states (night, day, twilight, moonlight).
