परित्यजति सूक्ष्माणि सप्त त्वेतानि योगवित् ।
सम्यग्विज्ञाय यो 'लर्क ! तस्यावृत्तिर्न विद्यते ॥
parityajati sūkṣmāṇi sapta tvetāni yogavit | samyagvijñāya yo 'larka! tasyāvṛttirna vidyate ||
یوگ کا جاننے والا ان سات لطافتوں کو ترک کر دیتا ہے۔ اے اَلرک! جس نے انہیں درست طور پر سمجھ لیا، اس کے لیے پھر لوٹنا (پُنرآورتن) نہیں رہتا۔
