Adhyaya 35Madālasa’s Instruction on Purity, Impurity, and Corrective Rites (Śauca and Aśauca)

प्रोताय सलिलं देयं बहिर्दग्ध्वा तु गोत्रिकैः ।

प्रथमे 'ह्नि चतुर्थे च सप्तमे नवमे तथा ॥

مرحوم کو پانی پیش کیا جانا چاہیے؛ اور (بستی کے) باہر نذر آتش کرنے کے بعد، ایک ہی نسب (گوتر) کے رشتہ داروں کو پہلے، چوتھے، ساتویں اور نویں دن رسومات ادا کرنی چاہئیں۔
